REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 24-2005 issued on June 20, 2005 requires all Revenue District Offices (RDOs) to submit Accomplishment Reports for Stop-Filer Cases.
       All RDOs are required to submit Accomplishment Report for Stop-Filer Cases for: 1) calendar year 2004; 2) the period January to May 2005; and 3) the current month.
        The Accomplishment Report for calendar year 2004 and for the period January to May 2005 shall be submitted to the Assistant Commissioner, Collection Service, Attention: The Chief, Collection Programs Division on or before June 30, 2005. The monthly accomplishment report shall be submitted within 5 working days after the end of the month.
