REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 23-2025 issued on March 27, 2025 circularizes the Updated List of Microfinance Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) accredited by the Microfinance NGO Regulatory Council (MNRC) as of February 26, 2025.

Under the Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. No. 10693 (Microfinance NGOs Act), a Certificate of Accreditation shall be valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of issuance, unless earlier revoked by the MNRC for good cause after review.
