REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 20-2019 issued on January 31, 2019 publishes the full text of Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Resolution No. 2016-990: Amendments to the Revised Guidelines on the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Program for all Registered and Licensed Professionals.

The amendments include those pertaining to the creation and composition of the CPD Council; operational protocols of the CPD Council; and the qualifications for accreditation of CPD Providers.
