REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 20-2009 issued on April 14, 2009 circularizes the list of taxpayers who have closed or ceased business operations.
     All internal revenue officials, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify the BIR in the event that the mentioned taxpayers are found to be still conducting business transactions and/or issuing Official Receipts, Sales Invoices and other Accounting Forms after the effectivity date of closure or cessation of business.
