REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 20-2005 issued on May 19, 2005 notifies the loss of 6 sets of unissued BIR Form No. 0423 – Apprehension Slip with Serial Numbers APS200200008503 to APS200200008508.
            Said forms, which were reported lost by Ms. Marilou Sapungan of Revenue District Office No. 48, West Makati, have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
