REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2-2025 issued on January 7, 2025 circularizes Executive Order No. 74 titled “Immediate Ban of Philippine Offshore Gaming, Internet Gaming, and Other Offshore Gaming Operations in the Philippines, and for Other Purposes”.

The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation and Bureau of Internal Revenue shall expedite the collection of applicable fees and taxes related to the offshore gaming industry, in accordance with relevant laws.
