REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 19-2006 issued on April 5, 2006 suspends until further notice the implementation of Revenue Memorandum Order No. 30- 2005, which prescribes the guidelines and procedures for the issuance of Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) to Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)-registered taxpayers.
