REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 20-2017 issued on March 2, 2017 advises all Revenue Collection Officers, Special Collection Officers and Collection Officers not to accept checks as well as taxpayer’s checks drawn from Countryside Cooperative Rural Bank of Batangas (a closed bank) in payment of internal revenue taxes.
