REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 17-2017 issued on March 1, 2017 notifies the loss of one (1) unused set of BIR Form No. 2524 – Revenue Official Receipt bearing serial no. ROR201400157200.

     Said form, which was reported as lost by Ms. Jane Veronica O. Tabinas of Revenue District Office No. 86, has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
