REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 15-2025 issued on February 25, 2025 informs all concerned taxpayers that the Alphalist Data Entry and Validation Module Version 7.4 is available for use and can be downloaded from the BIR Website at www.bir.gov.ph. 

The 7.4 version comprises the newly-created alphanumeric tax codes and updated rates for transactions under the Creditable and Final Withholding Taxes.

The deadline of submission of the alphalists for taxable year 2024 under BIR Form Nos. 1604C, 1604F, 1601EQ and 1601FQ shall be thirty (30) days immediately after the date of posting in the BIR website of the Circular.

In cases of alphalists previously submitted using the old version of 7.3 data entry module but with error reply messages from the eSubmission facility of the BIR, the concerned taxpayers shall re-submit the said alphalists within the same deadline using the upgraded version of the module upon its availability thereof.

Taxpayers with their own extract program shall strictly observe the attached revised file structures and standard naming conventions for the said modules (Annex A and Annex B of the Circular).
