REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 144-2022 issued on November 9, 2022 circularizes the Updated List of Microfinance Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) accredited by the Microfinance NGO Regulatory Council (MNRC) as of October 2022.
            Under the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 10693 (Microfinance NGOs Act), a Certificate of Accreditation shall be valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of issuance, unless earlier revoked by the MNRC.
             Further, included in the list were the MF-NGO Certificates of Accreditation revoked by the MNRC effective April 29, 2022 and June 1, 2022, with reference to Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 74-2022, and expired effective June 14, 2022.
