REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 140-2019 issued on December 19, 2019 notifies the loss of two (2) sets of used/filled-up/cancelled BIR Form No. 2298 – Product Replenishment Certificate with Serial Numbers PRC201600000598 to PRC201600000599.

The abovementioned forms were reported as lost by Revenue Officer Maria Teresa C. Ulep of Excise Large Taxpayers Field Operations Division. All official transactions involving the use thereof are considered as invalid.
