
REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 14-2017 issued on February 17, 2017 suspends temporarily the enrollment to Electronic Filing and Payment System (eFPS) facility from March 1 to April 30 of every year, to give full resources during the deadline of filing the Annual Income Tax Return.
Taxpayers are encouraged to proceed with eFPS enrollment before the start of the filing season.
Taxpayers who are required to secure the BIR Importer’s Clearance Certificate and Broker’s Clearance Certificate and Government Bidders Tax Clearance can still proceed with eFPS enrollment during the period of suspension by presenting their duly accomplished and notarized application form to the Revenue District Office.
