      d. Launch of eATRIG
      e. Expansion of ISO Certification to other districts
      f. Revision of Tax Forms
      g. Philippine Business Registration Participation
      h. Public Awareness Campaign
      i. Launch of eCAR and electronic ONETT
      j. Launch of Geographic Information System (Metro Manila – Zonal Value and eSales)
      k. Fuse on Stamp on Tobacco Products
      l. Expansion of Human Resource Information System – capture all data of personnel
      m. Launch of eORB (Official Register Book) on excise products
      n. Re-engineer Registration Process
      o. Enhancement of CAATTs laboratory
      p. Study in the use of credit card as alternative mode of payment
      q. Launch of Mobile Revenue Collection Officer System
      r. Manpower Planning – Human Development Strategy
      s. Tax Ruling and Case Management System
      t. Fuse on Stamp on other excisable products
      u. eLinkage with Bureau of Treasury
      v. Accounts Receivable Conversion System
      w. Collection Reconciliation System
      x. Electronic Tax Information Systems Project
       Major programs adopted in CY 2011 that greatly contributed in the pursuit of the agency’s mandate shall continue to be vigorously implemented alongside enhanced tax
administration processes and the related information systems.
