REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 13-2005 issued on April 7, 2005 notifies the loss of the duplicate to quintuplicate copies from 6 issued BIR Form No. 2524 – Revenue Official Receipt (ROR) with Serial Nos. ROR200400010151 to ROR200400010156 and another 44 unissued sets of the same BIR accountable form with Serial Nos. ROR200400010157 to ROR200400010200.
           Said forms, which were reported lost by Ms. Julie Aguilos-Dellota of Revenue District Office No. 72, Roxas City, have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
