REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 128-2022 issued on September 7, 2022 notifies the loss of one (1) set of used/filled-up but unissued BIR Form No. 2313-R – Electronic Certification Authorizing Registration for transactions involving transfer of real properties with Serial Number eCR201900303569.
           The abovementioned form, which was reported as lost by Chief Revenue Officer Erna V. Castor of Revenue District Office No. 76, has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered as invalid.
