REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 12-2019 issued on January 22, 2019 notifies the loss of several Revenue Official Receipts – BIR Form No. 2524 with Serial Numbers ROR201301825025 to ROR201301825050 (26 sets/unused); and ROR201301826001 to ROR201301826050 (1 pad/unused).

The abovementioned forms, which were reported as lost during the Marawi Siege in Marawi City by Raihana Menelifa T. Lucman of Revenue District No. 102, have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered as invalid.
