REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 12-2014 issued on February 24, 2014 notifies the loss of three (3) sets of unused BIR Form No. 2524 – Revenue Official Receipt (ROR) with Serial Nos. ROR201202338348 to ROR201202338350.

           Said forms, which were reported lost by Ms. Maila P. Gabiana of Revenue District Office No. 89, have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
