REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 117-2023 issued on November 3, 2023 notifies the loss of the original copy of unused/unissued BIR Form No. 1966- Electronic Letter of Authority (eLA) with Serial Number eLA202200037451.
          Said form was reported as missing by Chief Dante E. Tan of the Large Taxpayers Division-Cebu, and the entire eLA set bearing the said Serial Number has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered as invalid.
