REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 113-2020 issued on October 20, 2020 publishes the full text of the letter from the Department of Finance (DOF) to amend the effectivity date of Republic Act (RA) No. 11467, as circularized under Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) No. 65-2020.

Per RMC No. 65-2020, the effectivity of RA No. 11467 is January 27, 2020. In the letter of DOF Undersecretary Antonette C. Tionko, it was clarified that that the said Act was made effective upon its complete publication in the website of the Official Gazette. Thus, RA No. 11467 became effective beginning January 23, 2020
