REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 111-2023 issued on October 16, 2023 announces the availability of Wage Orders issued by the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board (RTWPB) of the National Wages and Productivity Commission (NWPC) in the BIR Website.
       All succeeding RTWPB-published Wage Orders shall be posted under the “Announcements” Section of the BIR Website and the accustomed issuance of a Revenue Memorandum Circular for the information dissemination of a new wage order shall be discontinued.
