REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 107-2022 issued on July 20, 2022 notifies the loss of one (1) set of unused BIR Form No. 0423 – Apprehension Slip with Serial Number APS200100005357.
           Said form, which was reported as lost by Group Supervisor James Robert M. Alvarez of Revenue District Office No. 92, has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered as inval.
