REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 102-2025 issued on November 11, 2025 notifies internal revenue officials, employees and others concerned about the missing quadruplicate copy of unused/unissued BIR Form No. 0422 – Mission Order with Serial Number MSO200100053489.

Said form, which was reported as missing by Revenue Officer Crizl Joy G. Banilad of Revenue Region 19, Davao Region, has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered as invalid.
