REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 10-2019 issued on January 22, 2019 notifies the loss of one (1) pad of unused/unissued BIR Form No. 0423 – Apprehension Slip with Serial Numbers APS200300048701 to APS200300048750.
          Said forms, which were reported as lost by Kelly C. Chong of Revenue District Office No. 28, have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered as invalid.
