REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 10-2009 issued on February 26, 2009 further extends the deadline for submission of the Annual Information Return of Income Taxes Withheld on Compensation and F inal Withholding Taxes (BIR Form No. 1604- CF) from February 27, 2009 to March 31, 2009. Moreover, the deadline for filing of the Annual Information Return of Creditable Income Taxes Withheld (Expanded)/Income Payments Exempt from Withholding Taxes (BIR Form No. 1604-E) has been extended from March 2, 2009 to March 31, 2009.
