REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 1-2012 issued on January 3, 2012 reminds all Revenue District Officers and others concerned on the need for regular submission to the Collection Programs Division (CPD) of accurate reports, such as the List of Late Batches, Limited Bank Data Entry Exception Reports and Bank Branch Performance (Form 2841), not later than the 28th day of the following month.                                                                                                          As provided for in Revenue Regulations No. 2-2008, non-compliance by Authorized Agent Banks with their obligations embodied in the Memorandum of Agreement among the BIR, the Bureau of the Treasury and the Bank should be reported immediately to the CPD upon receipt of complaint, for evaluation and imposition of applicable penalties and/or sanctions.
