REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 1-2007 issued on January 10, 2007 notifies the loss of original copy from one set of unused BIR Form No. 2320 – Tax Credit Certificate (TCC) with Serial No. 008350.

         Said copy was reported missing by Ms. Ma. Antonia M. Masalunga of RDO No. 38, RR No. 7, Quezon City. Consequently, the entire TCC set bearing the said serial number has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
