REVENUE DELEGATION AUTHORITY ORDER NO. 84-2025 issued on December 16, 2025 delegates to Deputy Commissioner (DCIR) Marissa O. Cabreros of the Strategic Reforms Group supervisory authority over the Large Taxpayers Service, Planning and Management Service, and Project Management and Implementation Service.

In addition, DCIR Cabreros may recommend to the Commissioner of Internal Revenue projects, policy improvements, and other actions necessary to enhance the operations, internal controls, systems, and enforcement initiatives of the Bureau in relation to the three Services.
