REVENUE DELEGATION AUTHORITY ORDER NO. 4-2019 issued on August 9, 2019 amends further Revenue Delegation Authority Order No. 4-2010, as amended, relative to the delegation of authority in signing documents concerning administrative functions in the BIR National Office and Regional Offices.
