REVENUE DELEGATION AUTHORITY ORDER NO. 4-2015 issued on September 8, 2015 delegates to the Assistant Commissioner of Collection Service the authority to approve and sign the Certificate of Qualification of Taxpayers who availed of the Tax Amnesty Program under Republic Act No. 9480. Said authority is automatically revoked upon the return for official duty of Deputy Commissioner Nelson M. Aspe.
