REVENUE DELEGATION AUTHORITY ORDER NO. 3-2016 issued on April 18, 2016 delegates the authority to the Assistant Commissioner of the Collection Service, or in case of his/her absence, the Head Revenue Executive Assistant of the said office, to issue and approve numbered Operations Memorandum to weekly circularize the sugar price at millsite issued by the Sugar Regulatory Administration. Within five (5) working days immediately after the month of issuance of the said weekly Operation Memoranda, a monthly consolidated issuance bearing the details of those Operation Memoranda, thru a Revenue Memorandum Circular, shall be prepared and approved by the Commissioner of Internal Revenue.
