REVENUE DELEGATION AUTHORITY ORDER NO. 2-2021 issued on March 31, 2021 delegates to Ms. Carolyn Ann C. Reyes, Head Revenue Executive Assistant of the Information Systems Project Management Service, the authority to sign up for Amazon Web Services (AWS). Ms. Reyes will have the legal authority to bind the Bureau of Internal Revenue to any legal agreement presented on behalf of the AWS promotional credits for the pilot implementation of the HACKATAXPH solutions and the API and Payment Portal Project.
