REVENUE DELEGATION AUTHORITY ORDER NO. 2-2020 issued on May 18, 2020 delegates to the Assistant Commissioner of Legal Service the authority to sign Certificates of Tax Exemption and Rulings on energy-related projects, in compliance with the requirement under Republic Act No. 11234 (Energy Virtual One-Stop Shop Act).
