REVENUE DELEGATION AUTHORITY ORDER NO. 2-2015 issued on September 1, 2015 delegates to the specified Assistant Commissioners (ACIRs) the authority to approve and/or sign the documents listed below while DCIR Nelson M. Aspe is attending the 28th Session of the Integrated SalaminDiwa ng Paglilingkod on September 1-14, 2015. A. For ACIR, Collection Service i. Tax Debit Memos as utilization of Tax Credit Certificates (TCCs); ii. TCCs issued arising from transfers of revalidations of TCCs; and iii. Approval of applications for cash conversions of TCCs. B. For ACIR, Assessment Service i. TCCs other than those mentioned in A.ii above; ii. Tax Refunds approval; and iii. Endorsement to Bureau of Customs of Value-Added Tax TCC/ refund claims from importation. The approval of issuances/communications related to the Electronic Tax Information System is temporarily delegated to the DCIR, Information Systems Group, thru the Office of the Operations Group for review. The approval of Closure Orders and Lifting Orders in relation to the Oplan Kandado Program is temporarily delegated to the DCIR, Legal Group, thru the Office of the Operations Group for review. The said authority is automatically revoked upon return to official duty of DCIR Nelson M. Aspe.
