REVENUE DELEGATION AUTHORITY ORDER NO. 1-2020 issued on February 7, 2020 delegates to the Assistant Commissioner of Legal Service the authority to approve and/or sign all Compliance Check Reports for Tax Treaty Relief Applications on Dividends, Interest and Royalties under Revenue Memorandum Order No. 8-2017.
