REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 13-2006 issued on August 2, 2006 prescribes the policies and procedures in monitoring the Local Government Units’ (LGUs) compliance with the Withholding Tax rules and regulations to ensure that LGUs will not be remissed/delayed in remitting taxes, which they withheld on compensation, expanded, final withholding and government money payments.
