REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 11-2021 issued on March 3, 2021 modifies BIR Form No. 0044 (Request for System Access/Access Revocation) to address the requirements of the Internal Revenue Integrated System (IRIS). Said modifications on BIR Form No. 0044 shall not in any way affect the existing policies and procedures on the granting and revocation of system access, as provided for under Revenue Memorandum Order No. 28-2020.
