REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 54-2025 issued on June 5, 2025 circularizes Proclamation No. 911 declaring June 6, 2025 a regular holiday throughout the country, in observance of Eidul Adha (Eid’l Adha) or the Feast of Sacrifice which is one of the two greatest feasts of Islam.
