REVENUE DELEGATION AUTHORITY ORDER NO. 3-2026 issued on January 22, 2026 authorizes Legal Division OIC-Chief Rowell B. Vicente of RR 6-City of Manila and Palawan to perform the power and duties of Regional Director of RR 6 from February 5 to 11, 2026 on all matters, except the signing/issuance of documents specified in the Order, in view of the approved leave of RR 6’s OIC-Regional Director Michael Remir H. Macatangay on the said dates.
