REVENUE DELEGATION AUTHORITY ORDER NO. 88-2025 issued on December 23, 2025 delegates to Deputy Commissioner Teresita M. Angeles of the Resource Management Group the authority to endorse request for travel authority (personal) that do not involve government funds of revenue personnel with Salary Grade 23 and below. 

All request filed by other revenue officials holding the position with SG 24 and above shall be endorsed by the Commissioner of Internal Revenue.
