REVENUE DELEGATION AUTHORITY ORDER NO. 82-2025 issued on December 9, 2025 authorizes the Disposition Committee Head, particularly the Assistant Commissioner of the Large Taxpayers Service for Large Taxpayers, or the concerned Regional Director for NonLarge Taxpayers to sign the Notice of Destruction as required by Revenue Memorandum Order No. 33-2024.
