Baltazar of the Information Systems Project Management Service (ISPMS) as Officer-in-Charge of the Information Systems Group (ISG) from December 23, 2025 to January 2, 2026 in view of the approved leave of absence of ISG Deputy Commissioner Ma. Rosario Charo G. Enriquez-Curiba on the said dates
