REVENUE DELEGATION AUTHORITY ORDER NO. 68-2025 issued on October 27, 2025 authorizes Regional Director Mary Jane B. Asuncion of RR 12 – Negros Island Region to sign the documents specified in the Order from November 18 to 22, 2025 in view of the approved leave of RR 12’s Assistant Regional Director Franklin M. Tabaquin on the said dates.
