REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 39-2025 issued on April 24, 2025 circularizes the Updated List of Accredited Microfinance Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) accredited by the Microfinance NGO Regulatory Council as of March 24, 2025.

Under the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 10693 (Microfinance NGOs Act), a Certificate of Accreditation shall be valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of issuance, unless earlier revoked by the MNRC.
