REVENUE DELEGATION AUTHORITY ORDER NO. 27-2025 issued on May 19, 2025 designates Deputy Commissioner Teresita M. Angeles of Resource Management Group as Officer-in-Charge of the Bureau of Internal Revenue from May 21 to 23, 2025 in view of the official travel of Commissioner Romeo D. Lumagui, Jr. on the said dates to attend the First Round of Negotiations of the Proposed Comprehensive Avoidance of Double Taxation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of the Philippines and the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of People’s Republic of China.
