REVENUE DELEGATION AUTHORITY ORDER NO. 19-2025 issued on April 7, 2025 delegates to Computer Operations Network & Engineering Division’s Chief Renato V. Ofiana, and Facilities Management Division’s Chief Astrid B. Cortez the authority to sign the documents specified in the Order from May 2 to 16, 2025 in view of the approved leave of National Office Data Center’s Head Daniel C. Lubiano on the said dates.
