REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 51-2013 issued on July 22, 2013 notifies the loss of original copies from two (2) unused sets of BIR Form No. 2313 – Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR) with Serial Nos. CAR201200117043 and CAR201200117047.

     Said forms were reported as missing by Ms. Jeanette P. De Guzman of Revenue District Office No. 45. Consequently, the entire CAR sets bearing the said serial numbers are cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
