REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 25-2013 issued on March 13, 2013 notifies the loss of fifty (50) sets of unused BIR Form No. 2524 – Revenue Official Receipt with Serial Nos. ROR201104464851 to ROR201104464900.

     Said forms, which were reported as lost by Ms. Nancy R. Barroga of Revenue District Office No. 1, have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
