REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 61-2009 issued on October 26, 2009 notifies the loss of duplicate to quintuplicate copies from one unused set of BIR Form No. 2524 – Revenue Official Receipt (ROR) with Serial No. ROR200802403309.
     Said copies of the form were reported as lost by Ms. Maria Jobelle O. Morallos of Revenue District Office No. 87 under Revenue Region No. 14 – Tacloban City. Consequently, the entire ROR set bearing the said serial number has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
