REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 25-2005 issued on June 23, 2005 notifies the loss of original, duplicate and triplicate copy of one (1) set of unissued BIR Form No. 2524 – Revenue Official Receipt (ROR) with Serial Number ROR200402275643.
           Said set of ROR form, which was reported lost by Mr. Romualdo R. Cabubas of RR No. 14, Candahug, Palo, Leyte, has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof is considered invalid.
